Cancellation and refund requests are processed within 24 hours. Refunds should show up on your card within 10 days, depending on your bank. If you haven't received it by then, please contact us again. Mistaken charges will be fully refunded.

Cancel your subscription on Apple devices
- 1 Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad
- 2 Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
- 3 Select 'Subscriptions'
- 4 Select the subscription you want to cancel
- 5 Tap 'Cancel Subscription'
IMPORTANT!
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
